On Friday, I had restaurant class as usual and the bistro was closed for the day. So the chef doesn’t want to waste the food for the day. Then he called us to set up the table and put like 3 portion of each dishes on the table. And we all sat down, eat and give comment about the food. Saturday I got really drunk and that will be last time of my drinking. I just don’t like the feeling of waking up tomorrow feeling shyt~! On Monday, restaurant class again and I cooked steamed fish with beetroot relish. That day got customer work in and was quite busy. So I didn’t get chance to take photo of my food. Tuesday was a relax day I should say although I got whole day of class. For dietary class, there something interesting going on. We get to check our all info for inner body including age. Is not compulsory but I give it a go. No big deal knowing about it. So the results were good. Body Fat Percentage – the percentage for Male between 19-30 age should get 8% till 20%. So I consider good. U realise about the (0) beside the number. That indicates Healthy. xD For Hydration – Male should get 60 to 65%. So I’m really good since I got more than enough water in my body. For Visceral Fat – 1 to 12 is healthy. xD Muscles Mass – Weight of muscle in the body. Quite muscular ah me. xD Physical rating – 4 means under exercised. That mean I have to exercise more. xD Bone Bass – amount of bone (bone mineral level, calcium or other minerals). I should get average 2.6kg, so I need more calcium. Basal Metabolic Rate: quite high for me. xD Metabolic Age: minimum 12, so I might be lower. So I’m young. That the results I got and pretty satisfying tho. Later on at night, I got fish cooking again. This time is about Flounder fish. We have to cut the fillets out and debone it. Make 3 dishes out of 2 flounders which not big. Well, I didn't really study as I know almost everything and I concentrate in class all the time. I took like 15 mins when the time given is 45 mins. Basically, the paper was pretty easy and straight forward. I don't hope for better mark beside pass. xD |
