Thursday, went for practical class.
My group exchanges class with another group because they making ice-cream and they need our kitchen.
So we had a new building kitchen but not the best tho.
The lesson for day is cutting lamb leg.
The leg so big and need 4 people as a team to cut it.
It took quite a while as it so hard.
Although I’m chicken cutting pro, but still is way different experiences.
I manage to put my knowledge while doing it.

Today we have lamb cooking.
We use the parts that we cut yesterday.
I did roasted round, deep fry epigram, pan fried cutlets, grilled steak and lamb stew.
