After that, went to visitor centre to accompany my grandaunt to see where to go during her trip here.

Forgot to take Chili Beef and Spinach Stir Fry. Overall, I did well. :) And also I need to pay up the fee by tomorrow. Totally forgot about it. My grandaunt coming down tomorrow and I will get my clothes and hard drive. I think I will play DOtA again. Cheer up girl~! |

After that, had demo for tomorrow offal lesson. Today was the last customer relation tutorials. O ya, happy news. I got a place in the competition.

Date: Wednesday, June 18 Time: 11:09 PM Today i woke up late again for my tutorial. Friend called me around 8.30am and my class at 9am. So i basically rushing like mad and reach campus in 10 minutes. I was basically running and sweating. Went to library to print out my assignment and head to class. End up, the class lasted one hour when it supposed to go for 2 hours. Never mind. So after that, went library to do my work plan for beef cooking tomorrow. Then head to lecture and the lecture today were all about cheese. All are about the history of cheese, How to make cheese, and the texture. Today I was able to try 3 types of cheese which are brie, cheddar, and blue cheese. I will put the summary about all three at bottom. :D Brie
Brie is a soft cows' cheese named after Brie, the French province in which it originated (roughly corresponding to the modern département of Seine-et-Marne). It is pale in colour with a slight greyish tinge under crusty white mould; very soft and savoury with a hint of ammonia. The white mouldy rind is edible, and is not intended to be separated from the cheese during consumption. The region in France that gave its name to this cheese (Brie) is, in the French language, feminine: La Brie, but French products take the gender of their general category; in this case cheese (Le fromage) is masculine, and so Brie is also masculine, Le Brie. Danish Blue cheese, also known as Danablu if it is made in Denmark, is a light, blue-veined cheese. This semi-soft creamery cheese is typically drum or block shaped and has a white to yellowish, slightly moist, edible rind. Made from cow's milk, it has a fat content of 25-30% (50-60% in dry matter) and is aged for eight to twelve weeks. Before aging, rods are used to pierce the formed curds to distribute the mould (Penicillium roqueforti) evenly through the cheese. The holes can still be seen when the finished wheel is cut open. Danish Blue was invented early in the 20th century by a Danish cheese maker named Marius Boel with the intention of emulating a Roquefort style cheese. After cooking, had demo for next meat cooking on Thursday. Hygiene class is about revision for next week closed book test. After a long tiring day, it was time to go back. I have a haircut later on when on the way back.

Date: Tuesday, June 10 Time: 9:12 PM Hmm. Today is re-enrolment for Stage 1 cookery to Stage 2 from 9am to 12pm. We thought going to be long the re-enrolment and going to take our new timetables. I thought us going at 9am but then my friends woke up late. So have to wait till they take shower and call me to go to their place. At 9am, Donny rang me and i walk to their places. Michael and Alga was there. So we walked around 20 minutes to reach campus. I walked everyday to campus for class so biasa already. Reached there, Kit was outside smoking. He told us that is so pointless going to campus for the re-enrolment. We asked why and guess what, it only took him half minutes to finish enrol. =.= We were like ‘WTF’. Damn pointless waking up early for this. We went to E122 where we suppose to re-enrol. We just have to give our group name, that’s all. Have to pay fees by 27 Jun, the amount is like What the hell right. After finish, we drank free coffee and chit-chatted for while. Then we all went to library to get the lecture notes to study for tomorrow test because website being pain in ass for not letting us log in. After lepaking around library, we all went to eat brunch at Es Teller77, Indo food. Walk around city for while after eating then ciao home. Stay at home until now and is so boring. I am supposed to study for tomorrow test but I being lazy. There got like 4 assignment waiting for me to complete. Issh. Tak ada mood do assignment now. Maybe I will burn midnight oil.

No man or woman is worth your tears, and the one who is, won't make you cry. 3. Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean they don't love you with all they have. 4. A true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart. 5. The worst way to miss someone is to be sitting right beside them knowing you can't have them. 6. Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile. 7. To the world you may be one person, out to one person you may be the world. 8. Don't waste your time on a man/woman, who isn't willing to waste their time on you. 9. Maybe God wants us to meet a few wrong people before meeting the right one, so that when we finally meet the person, we will know how to be grateful. 10. Don't cry because it is over, smile because it happened. 11. There's always going to be people that hurt you so what you have to do is keep on trusting and just be more careful about who you trust next time around. 12. Make yourself a better person and know who you are before you try and know someone else and expect them to know you. 13. Don't try so hard, the best things come when you least expect them to. Date: Friday, June 6 Time: 11:45 AM Today had practical test based on pastry. The test includes éclairs, profiteroles, quiche lorraine and bread rolls. Took a lot of energy this test, my arms were sore later on. Manage to take one pictures only as was rushing through the whole time. I was in the bad mood but fine later on. xD I didn’t get good grades as no enough time and all. My bread rolls could have gotten an A but the chef say too small and all, so I only get C. ![]() Later on waiting for theory class, my friend jus tied my hair for fun of it.
