Date: Time: 9:40 PM On last Wednesday, our class went to Lt Lonsdale Street to look for food precinct. We have to do class activity about restaurant and all. After finish, we still got time and go have breakfast. We camwhore around as Myat brought his camera.

Date: Thursday, May 29 Time: 8:12 PM Today cooking is about yeast products. If u think is easy, think again. We learn to make bread rolls, ficaccia, sweet pizza and savoury pizza. Making the dough was pretty hard as must be smooth and prefect. I took quite a few pictures silently. xD Let the pictures explain as I quite lazy to type now.

Savoury pizza was a bit too long in the oven but it still tastes good.
Sweet pizza, no chocolate topping as all the chocolate was used up. =( Those entire yeast product I made by my own efforts. Too bad you guys can look but can’t taste. >.< I am suppose to do my assignment which due tomorrow. I still haven’t change my mind. |

Date: Wednesday, May 28 Time: 6:32 PM Tuesday
I was working as volunteer in Restaurant 08 at Food and Wine Festival at Melbourne Exhibition Centre. I start work at around 8.30am till 6.45pm. There is break between tho. Basically my jobs just collect dirty wine glass around festival spot, usher at cafe live entrance and clean up the wine glass at the end of the show. Well, this kind of job isn’t what I should be doing but I will just take it as experience, a good one. I learnt a lot of stuff while the few talks in cafe live was on going. During break, ate tiny lunch and explore around the stall n tried some food. Quite nice tho. Had a really tiring day yesterday but fun! I took some pictures tho. Enjoy!

Date: Wednesday, May 21 Time: 10:16 PM Wooo! Today I had such a tiring day. I couldn’t sleep well last night tho, slept early but keep on wake up at 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. Couldn’t bare it anymore, I decided to wake up at 6. Took a shower and make breakfast. Sit in front of the com until friends call me to go to their place. Was a bit of drizzling this morning, luckily I got my hood on until it stop. After whole day of tutorial n lectures at 1.30, went to buy groceries to cook. My friend (Alga) wanted to cook Indonesian style of mee goreng. After buying in 2 places, we got like 20++ bags to carry and walk. After dropping stuff at her house, I came back n take my knife I am in charge of cutting vegetables and prepare noodle. >.< My other friend (Olivia) got help after she took nap. LOL We finished cooking after 2 hours. Damn hungry and starving. I took some pictures after finish cooking.
